I've just had the Transmission service warning message come on. I checked the oil level and that's ok but light brown in colour could probably do with a oil change, it still changes up and down the gears ok just the usual delay when engaging at traffic lights, junctions etc. The only thing I could think of was that a week ago the car gave a couple of jerks when slowing for a r/about then cut out, but restarted first time no warning lights came on and running fine until now. I can't get in to a Volvo garage until next Friday, does anyone have any ideas of possible faults.

Hi Dave, yes it's an auto.

change the atf; full flush (not drain only) & use correct spec.
